Refund Policy

Our promise

We sell expert time, not files or software. Because a consultation is a live service delivered in real time, refunds work a little differently than for physical products. This policy is written in plain language so you know exactly where you stand before you pay.

1. Before your session starts — full refund

If you cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled consultation, you get a 100% refund, no questions asked. Email book@heattransferconsultant.online with your booking email and we'll process it within 3 business days.

2. Late cancellation (under 12 hours)

If you cancel with less than 12 hours' notice, or don't show up, a 50% cancellation fee applies because your time slot was reserved and can't be rebooked. The remaining 50% is refunded.

3. After the session — partial refunds for service failures

Once a consultation has been delivered, it generally can't be refunded — the time and expertise were provided. However, you are entitled to a full or partial refund if:

• We failed to show up for your scheduled session;
• Technical problems on our side cut the session short (refund is proportional to the lost time);
• You were charged the wrong amount or charged twice.

Report any of these within 7 days of the session and we'll make it right.

4. How refunds are paid

All refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to show the refund on your statement.

5. Rescheduling instead of refunding

Prefer to reschedule? Contact us at least 12 hours ahead and we'll move your session to a new time at no charge — no refund needed.

6. Disputes

If we can't resolve an issue together, you may raise it with your card issuer. We ask that you contact us first — most issues are fixed within a day.
